You must present your physical Passport, a valid Credit Card (Debit cards are not accepted), AND one of the following driving credentials (A or B):
A. International Driving Permit (IDP)
・Must strictly comply with the 1949 Geneva Convention.
・Validity: Must be within 1 year from the date of issuance, AND within 1 year from your date of entry into Japan (verified via the entry stamp in your passport).
・Note: IDPs issued under the Paris (1926), Washington (1943), or Vienna (1968) Conventions are INVALID in Japan.
B. Authorized Foreign Licenses + Official Translation
・Applicable ONLY to licenses issued in: Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco.
・Must be accompanied by an official Japanese translation issued by your Embassy/Consulate, or JAF (Japan Automobile Federation). For Taiwan: JAF, Taiwan-Japan Relations Association, or ZIPLUS Co.
・Validity: Valid for 1 year from your entry into Japan (verified by passport) or until the license expires, whichever comes first.
[ SECURITY DEPOSIT ]
Depending on your credit card authorization, a temporary security deposit may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded after the tour, provided no vehicle damage or Non-Operation Charge (NOC) occurs.

Failure to present the correct physical documents on the day of the tour will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Please double-check your driving credentials before arrival.
Is there an age restriction to drive?
Driving high-performance sports cars through Tokyo’s busy streets requires adequate driving experience and careful attention to safety.
When is the deadline to make a reservation?
Bookings requested within this 5-hour window may not be accepted due to vehicle preparation and staff scheduling.
Additionally, during peak travel seasons in Japan (such as Golden Week in early May, Obon in mid-August, and the New Year holidays), tour slots fill up very quickly. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle and time.
Can I cancel or reschedule my tour after booking?
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Securing these premium vehicles and coordinating our guide staff requires careful preparation.
We appreciate your understanding and prompt communication if your plans change.
Do I need to verify my driver’s license and documents before the tour?
To prevent any unexpected issues on the day of your drive, our support team will ask you to provide photos of your International Driving Permit (or equivalent) and Passport via email or WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
This allows us to ensure all your documents are in perfect order, guaranteeing a smooth and stress-free check-in.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is covered by the insurance?
・BODILY INJURY LIABILITY : UNLIMITED
Covers any third-party physical injury or fatality (includes the amount covered by compulsory automobile liability insurance).
・PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY : UNLIMITED
Covers damage to other vehicles, structures, or public property. Deductible (Insurance Excess) is JPY 0.
・PERSONAL INJURY PROTECTION : UP TO JPY 30,000,000
Covers medical expenses or fatalities for the driver and the passenger(s) per person.
・VEHICLE DAMAGE COVERAGE : MARKET VALUE
Covers damage to the rented vehicle itself, up to its current market value per incident.

While the base insurance covers the primary costs of an accident, Non-Operation Charges (NOC) — representing the loss of earnings while the unit is undergoing repairs or decontamination — are NOT covered by this policy and will be billed separately.
What are the specific penalties and Non-Operation Charges (NOC) for vehicle damage?
[ 1. EXTERIOR & WHEEL DAMAGE ]
・Minor scratches or dents on the body or wheels: JPY 150,000
・Severe damage, deep gouges, or bending requiring complete wheel replacement: JPY 300,000
[ 2. CRITICAL DAMAGE ]
・Mechanical or structural damage that renders the vehicle immobilized or unsafe to drive
[ 3. REPAIR COSTS & DAILY NON-OPERATION CHARGE (NOC) ]
・Actual Repair Cost: You will be billed 100% of the actual cost required to repair any exterior or interior damage.
・Daily Non-Operation Charge (NOC): While the vehicle is grounded for repairs and cannot be used for tours, you will be charged JPY 20,000 per day as compensation for lost business income.
[ 4. EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES ]
・Destroyed or Lost: 100% of the actual replacement cost.
・Damaged but Repairable: 50% of the vehicle’s daily rental rate multiplied by the number of days required for repair.
Do you offer supplemental NOC waivers? What actions will void my insurance?
No, we do not provide supplemental insurance waivers to cover the NOC.
However, the NOC may be covered by your personal travel insurance or credit card benefits.
We strongly advise you to verify your personal insurance policies before your tour.
[ EXCLUSIONS & VOIDED COVERAGE ]
If the vehicle requires exterior or interior repairs for damage that falls outside the standard insurance coverage, you will be billed 100% of the actual repair costs.
[ STRICT DIRECTIVE ]
We strictly monitor driving behavior during the tour. Any damage resulting from illegal or reckless actions—including but not limited to unauthorized drifting, street racing, ignoring traffic signals, or reckless driving—will instantly VOID all insurance policies.
If your insurance is voided, you will bear total financial responsibility for the vehicle’s full market value, all repair operations, and maximum NOC penalties. Strict compliance with traffic laws is mandatory.

Can multiple people take turns driving the vehicle?
If a passenger also wishes to drive the vehicle, they must present the exact same physical driving credentials (International Driving Permit, Passport, original driver’s license, etc.) as the primary driver at the meeting point.
Once our staff verifies the credentials of all intending drivers, you may switch drivers ONLY at designated safe parking areas during the tour.
[ WARNING ] Unauthorized driver swaps or allowing an unverified person to drive is a severe violation of our policy. This will result in immediate cancellation of the tour and will instantly VOID all insurance coverage.
Can I bring a passenger?
Please ensure you select the “Passenger” option when making your reservation.
Please note that unless the passenger has been officially verified to drive (as outlined in the previous section), they are strictly prohibited from driving and must remain in the passenger seat. Only individuals who have passed our document verification process are authorized to operate the vehicle.
Can I join the tour with my own personal vehicle?
This allows our guide staff to manage the tour safely and ensure a premium experience for all guests.
Do I need to refuel the vehicle after the tour?
All fuel costs are fully included in your tour fee, and refueling is handled entirely by our staff. Simply focus on enjoying the drive and return the vehicle to the designated meeting point at the end of the tour.
Are the vehicles equipped with an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) system?
All highway tolls for the designated tour route are fully covered and already included in your tour price.

Is smoking permitted inside the vehicle?
[ CLEANING FEE PENALTY ] If our staff detects any trace of smoke, ash, or chemical odor inside the vehicle upon your return, it will be treated as severe interior contamination. You will be immediately charged a JPY 100,000 cleaning fee. Please help us maintain a clean and premium environment for all guests.

What should I wear for the tour? Is there a dress code?
[ RESTRICTION ] Sandals, flip-flops, high heels, and heavy boots are strictly prohibited. Driving in such footwear is dangerous and illegal in certain conditions. If you arrive with inappropriate footwear, you will not be allowed to drive, and your tour will be canceled on the spot without a refund.
What happens if I am late to the meeting point?
We highly recommend checking Tokyo traffic or transit schedules in advance and arriving early.
Will the tour proceed in the rain or bad weather?
However, if our management determines that extreme weather conditions (such as typhoons, heavy snow, or severe storms) pose a safety risk, the tour will be canceled. In the event of a weather-related cancellation by our company, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
